Which Tesla invoice formats are supported?
The tool has been tested against Dutch and German Tesla invoice PDFs. It extracts the invoice number, date, and total amount (including VAT) from each invoice.
Are my invoice files uploaded anywhere?
Yes, briefly. Each PDF is sent securely to our backend API, which uses Azure AI Document Intelligence to extract the invoice number, date, and total. Files are not stored - only the extracted numbers are shown in your browser. See the Privacy page for more detail.
Can I upload a ZIP archive instead of individual PDFs?
Yes. You can drag and drop a ZIP archive containing multiple invoices, and the tool will extract and process each PDF inside it.
Is there a file size or file count limit?
Yes, up to 200 files can be processed at once, with a maximum size of 50 MB per file.
Is the EV Invoice Processor free?
Yes, the tool is free to use with no account or sign-up required.
What if the tool doesn't correctly read my invoice?
