For Tesla PDF invoices

Privacy

Your invoice files are never stored

When you upload a PDF invoice or a ZIP archive, each PDF is sent securely (HTTPS) to our backend API, which forwards it to Azure AI Document Intelligence to extract the invoice number, date, and total amount. The file and the extracted data are not written to a database or kept after the request completes — the results are returned directly to your browser and only exist there for the duration of your session.

Anonymous usage analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand anonymous, aggregate usage patterns, such as which pages are visited and general navigation behaviour. These tools do not have access to your invoice files or any data extracted from them. You can use browser extensions or privacy settings to block these scripts without affecting the tool's core functionality.

No accounts, no long-term storage

There is no sign-up or login, and nothing is retained after your invoices are processed. Closing or refreshing the page clears all processed data from memory.
